Your registration fee includes 18 holes of golf at Trillium Wood Golf Club, a welcome kit with swag and snacks, lunch provided by Bosco Restaurant, and access to the evening party with entertainment provided by Victor Cooper (Fri) and Tailgate (Sat). All net proceeds from registration fees go directly to the Alex Sagriff foundation to provide support to those in the community facing medical, financial or mental health challenges.

Yes, you may only register as a single or a full foursome — no groups of 2 or 3. Registering as a foursome is the best way to secure the exact group you'd like to play with, and requires full payment for 4 total players ($620). If you register as a single, the tournament organizers will put you into a foursome and communicate your other team members leading up to the event.

With 288 golfers spread across both days of the tournament, it is a large undertaking to monitor registrations and track down unpaid registration fees. This year, we are hoping to alleviate this by building a web platform to streamline the registration process, while also providing you with an improved experience that includes automatic receipts, email updates, more accurate shirt sizing and more.

If for some reason you are unable to use the web platform, get in touch with us to provide your details and complete your registration. We will accept e-transfer as payment and manually update your registration in the back-end.

There are two separate tournaments as part of this event, with the first taking place on Friday, Aug 7, 2026 and the second taking place on Saturday, Aug 8, 2026. Both tournaments take place at the beautiful Trillium Wood Golf Club.

Make sure you indicate the date in the registration form when you sign up. If you'd like to play both days, please complete registration and payment two separate times.
